Sales Support Representative

Mobile Track Solutions is looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team!

As a sales support representative on our team you will...

• Assist the sales team to ensure customers are satisfied with our products and overall performance

• Support the entire sales process from lead generation to actual equipment operating in the field

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, training, demos, and knowledge of the products

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through relationships with existing and new clients

• Directly communicate with clients to help solve problems, obtain reviews, and provide up-to-date information regarding our products

• Handle inquiries from new clients

• Support the sales team with logistics of equipment

• Deliver product training and demonstrations both virtually and in the field

• Promote awareness of Mobile Track Solutions brand and our equipment

• Maintain in depth knowledge on all products offered

• Provide administrative support with sales documentation, sales software/applications, and other tools used within the department
