I want to take this opportunity to reflect and say thank you. Thank you to all of our team members at MTS for their daily effort to spotlight what makes MTS a great company to do business with; our people! Looking back on the last year, challenges have been many. Challenges that no one could have predicted or fathomed that we would still be working through today. Distractions. Distractions everywhere you look, challenging our daily and even hourly attitudes, making the everyday rigors that much more taxing. It has not been easy, but despite these challenges, Team MTS has continued to show up every day taking these challenges head on. Adapting to what the world has thrown at us in addition to the internal challenges a growing company faces and still we are winning. It takes a village and that is what we have at Mobile Track Solutions.
Your talents, can-do attitudes, work ethic and drive are what sets MTS apart. When the stakes rise and the challenges become larger, our team at MTS steps up to the plate and works together to achieve the greatest results and for that I thank you!
To take these challenges head on and be successful, teamwork is imperative, as well as everyone doing their part while working together to achieve a common goal. The best teams are the ones that are accountable to themselves and their teams whether it is by taking ownership, or by having each other’s backs and being supportive no matter what. They listen with intent to hear and have understanding. They are open with each other, willing to learn new things, take on new challenges and adjust. Being a team takes effort from everyone involved each day and it is up to us as individuals to decide what type of teammate we are going to be. It is not the team with the best players that wins, it’s the team that works together the best that wins.
